The Most Fundamental and The Primary Question - Answered by Buddha

One day Buddha came into his assembly of the monks. It must have been just a morning like this. His sannyasins were sitting and waiting for him. They were puzzled because this was for the first time that Buddha had come with something in his hand – a handkerchief. They all looked at the handkerchief. What was the matter? There must be something special in it. And Buddha sat on the platform and rather than starting speaking to the assembly he looked at the handkerchief, started tying a few knots in it, five knots in all.

The whole assembly watched – what is going on? And then he asked the assembly, ”Can anybody tell me: is this handkerchief the same as it was before the knots were tied?”

Sariputta said, ”This is a tricky question. In a way the handkerchief is the same because nothing has changed, in a way it is not the same because these five knots have appeared which were not there before. But as far as the inner nature of the handkerchief is concerned – its nature is concerned – it is the same; but as far as its form is concerned it is no more the same. The form has changed: the substance is the same.”Buddha said, ”Right. Now I want to open these knots.” And he started stretching both ends of the handkerchief farther away from each other. He asked Sariputta. ”What do you think? By stretching farther will I be able to open the knots?”
He said, ”You will be making knots even more difficult to open because they will become smaller, more tighter. ’

Buddha said, ”Right. Then I want to ask the last question: what should I do so that I can open the knots, the tied knots? How I can untie them again?”

Sariputta said, ”Bhagwan, I would like first to come close and see how in the first place the knots have been tied. Unless I know how they have been tied it is difficult for me to suggest any solution.”

Buddha said, ”Right, Sariputta. You are blessed, because that is the most fundamental question to ask. If you are in a certain fix, the first thing is how you got into it rather than trying to get out of it. Without asking the most fundamental and the primary question, you will make things worse.”

And that’s what people are doing. They ask, ”How we can get out of our sexuality, greed, anger, attachment, jealousy, possessiveness, this and that?” without asking, ”How in the first place we get into them?”

Buddha’s whole approach is, first see how you get into anger. If you can see the entrance, the same door is the exit; no other door is needed. But without knowing the entrance if you try to find out the exit you are not going to find; you will get more and more desperate. And that’s what people go on doing. In the scriptures, what are you looking for? – solutions. You create the problems – and the solutions are in the scriptures! Why don’t you look at the problems yourself. How you create them?

Why don’t you watch when you are creating a certain problem? And you create every day, so it is not a question that you have to go back. Today you are going to be angry again, today you will feel again the sexual urge: see how it arises, see how you enter into it, how you get hooked into it, how it becomes so big like a cloud that surrounds you and you are lost in it. And then you go to ask others! You are functioning almost like a stupid bee. Bees can be forgiven, but you cannot be forgiven.

If you are in a certain fix, the first thing is how you got into it rather than trying to get out of it. Without asking the most fundamental and the primary question, you will make things worse.

All We Need is a Story - That Perfect Story

All everyone want in their life is to write a story. A book with lots of chapters, lots of pages. They turn pages around so that they can finish that story at their own pace - sometimes slow, sometimes fast just so that one day they can look back and smile. But you are sometimes just stuck onto that one page. People around them finish their book or move on with some other story but you are just stuck.

We all want that story. We all want that perfect resolution to satisfy our curiosity. But is that a story?

Sometimes all we need to do is stop thinking and stop sabotaging reality for the sake of fiction. Sometimes in our head, real life is not as good as a story. We don't actually want to complete that story in that particular moment, we are stuck instead and just want a possibility of the story getting completed and that's what keep stopping us to turn that page. We think of that story as a destination but reality is that we never want to go there. This whole thing takes time to be accepted and it fucking sucks. Somehow we think we want to complete that story but get stuck at this page the whole time. No story can happen if we are not willing to turn the page. We just hold onto this possibility and before we know the reality, the rest of the world is gonna finish reading their book or start reading a new one. So instead of being stuck at same page, reading it over and over again. Let's just not be scared and evolve ourselves. There are certain things that will never disappear. May be those things are untouchables. Those memories, those people in time of their lives - they are untouchables but the story needs an ending.

Something Meaningful....

Just read a post sent by my friend Rishit and decided to start my short, small and meaningful conversations / experiences which I had till now in this journey. I am gonna keep adding the stuff as I come across new meaningful and soulful incidents like these:

1. MEHMAN - NAWAAZI

Was standing in queue with Eshan and waiting to get inside this Ramen noodle restaurant in Kyoto, Japan, where I met this young guy. He offered his help in deciding what options were there for veggies. Point where it struck me was, he paid our dinner bill saying that you are our guest here. Next time I am in states, you pay my bill.

2. INSPIRATION - September 9, 2015, 4:22 PM

Met a uber guy today named Ricardo Foster. What impressed me was that he was a total gentlemen. He told that he lost 130 pounds in almost one and a half years. A true inspiration in the sense for people like me who think that they have lost something and then loose their way ultimately.

3. Kal Kisne Dekha hai - October 1, 2015, 12:12 AM

Had a wonderful discussion with new roomie Sai. I was telling him about my crappy future plans and why I was saving now for a better future. He gave me so good reasons and told that you should live now in present, (Kal kisne dekha hai Sir). We should not think much in life. Now we might save a little but we are wasting our precious life in this THINKING thing. Live good, Smile. Be sorry to people for their mistakes, Forgive people, Love your family, be good to everyone, feel that everyday is a lucky day for you :) so many lessons learned.ahaaaa

4. Make Someone Smile - March 11, 2016, 03:10 PM

Was standing on street after my knee checkup and waiting for uber to pick me up. A black lady stopped and asked me 'Kya aap ko hindi aati hai. Mera naam Adriana hai aur yeh meri choti behen Deena hai. Aapse milke khushi hui. Aapko meri hindi kaisi lagi" I just stood up there and was not able to decide ki hindi me baat karun ya english me. Meri to hindi hi nahi nikal rahi thi uski hindi sunke. Thing which hit me was that she approached a total stranger guy on a lost street in Philadelpia and made that guy smile or gave him a reason to smile or be happy. We should try to incorporate this in our life as well :) :) :) :)

5. I met GOD - May 28, 2016, 11:42 AM

So I was hiking at Ten Thousand Buddha Monastery in Hong Kong and got so dehydrated that once I reached the summit/temple, I saw a shop and asked to purchase a water bottle. Gave shop lady 500 HK dollar bill but as she didn't had change she refused to do that transaction.  A couple was sitting over there and while they ate they watched and listened to my helplessness. They couldn't understand english but figured out what I needed and asked shoplady to give me a water bottle. They even asked me join with them for lunch (and yes it was a total vegetarian restaurant) and with sign language they tried to convey that the food was veggie (all I remember now is EAT..NO MEAT, VEGETABLE). I know that 10HKD was not a big deal but I just felt that GOD himself//herself came to rescue me and the water tasted like AMRIT.

6. A CALL TO REMEMBER - July 26, 2016, 5:00 PM

Last Friday I went to DMV office to get my Driving Licence renewed and they requested a second verification to prove my lawful presence here in states. Today as a follow up I called DMV customer care and to my surprise I talked to a lady who while verifying my date of birth told me she was also born on 9th September and we shared some beautiful facts about this day and a smile came on face when she treated me so well on the call. Her name is Marla Linder and her birth date is 09-09-1963. She told me that she will wish me on my 31st Birthday. So Marla, I will wait for your call anxiously :)

Komorebi - Feelings Beyond The Words

Some feelings which I always felt while at anywhere in the world, any time, any moment, may be while I was day dreamy when something important happened. I made this post to express those feelings and will keep on adding as I find new one. Keep reading and enjoy :-)

1. Moment when you sit in a metro train and you see it taking a curve and how different compartments moves around in a spiral shape

2. Those skies in evening forming some shapes or may be my imagination but I see something in them

3. Watching sunset through a plane window. I can purely see fading it away from horizon saying good bye to me and welcoming evening dark skies with moon light

4. Watching rain puddles through my window. I can't express it but see so many water droplets on ground dancing at same time

5. That rustling sound of insects with a wave of pure fresh air on mountains while hiking and your whole body dipped in sweat

6. Veggie food in a Asian Country when they make that perfect food for you. That bite of noodles (not too hot not too cold) when you can actually savor it while you chew and you know this is going to be a memory

7. That smile on the face when you converse with people in sign language knowing that you both don't understand each other's language but you are successful in making them understand whatever you wanted

8. Moment when you see people coming out of a crowded place (out of a train in a busy station, while crossing traffic lights). They all have something to do, something to achieve. Some ending their day after work and want to go home and relax. With all hustle and bustle, a feeling comes up that life goes on, whether you are there or not.

9. That feeling when you watch everything from that train window. Rain drops falling over glass, old houses, lush green fields, horses, traffic lights. You are sitting there and everything is moving past you.

PARAM-ANAND - The True Self - The True Bliss - The Difference between Bliss and Happiness

Anandaddhevya khalvimani bhutani jayante
Anandena jatani jivanti
Anandam prayantyabhisamvishanti
–Taittiriya Upanishad (3.6.1)

Yaani Anand hi brahm hai, Yeh jaano
Is Anand se hi Jeewan ki Rachna hui hai, Is Anand ke Karan sabhi jeetey hain
Sabhi Jeevit isi Anand me sama jaatey hain, aur Anand ke saath ek ho jaatey hain
Is bhaag me mai jo cheezie btaane ja raha hu usse pehle yeh jaan lena awashyak hai ki SUKH kya hai..Khushi aur Anand me kya antar hai..isse pehle hum yeh jaane - ek sawaal -
Kya Shareer ka sukh hi sabse bada sukh hai?
Jo log  shareer ke sukh ya deh ke sukh ko sabse bada sukh samajh baith tey hain, veh asur kehlaate hain
“Asushu indriyeshi Ramanti iti Asuraah”
Jo is deh ko, is sthool shareer ko sukh maan baith te hain, jo Indriyon me raman karte hai, weh Asur hotey hain.

Anaatma ki aur bhaagne wale asur hotey hain, nirdhan hotey hain. Unhe Brahm ka gyaan nahi hota, isliye weh brahman bhi nahi ho sakte

ANAND (BLISS) - Aaatma ki khushi ko hum anand keh sakte hai. Jo kabhi na badle. Jo humesha sthaayi rahe. Wo hi sacha anand hai. Param Anand kisi Vyakti ya Vastu se nahi milta, isliye koi aapse weh cheen bhi nahi sakta

Hum jis anand ke peeche bhaagtey hain weh A-Sthaayi hota hai. Jaisey Shareer ka Anand, Paise ka Anand, Ghumne ka Anand, Kuch paane ka Anand.

Sachche Anand ki prapti ke liye humei wo Vivek jaagrit karna chayiye jo hmaari 6 Indriyo ka ek hissa hai. Weh Vivek jisse hume Aatma aur A-naatma ko alag alag dek sakein. Yeh wahi vivek hai jo is sthool sansaar ka anubhaw kar, aas paas ki ghatnaaon ka anubhaw kar humari karam-indriyon ko karam karne ka nirdesh deta hai. Agar Vivek sacha hai to humare karam bhi achche honge. Agar vivek ab bhi Anaatma ki aur milin hai to humare karam bhi usi prakaar honge. Isliye yeh jaan lena bohat awashyak hai ki Indriyaan kya hai aur is vivek ko kaise jaagrit karna chayiye.

Vivek jaagrit karna hai to nashwar vastuyon ke saakhsi bano. Satya ko jaano. Wo Satya jo Aprivartaniya hai. Jo kuch na hone ke pehle bhi tha. Jo kuch na hoga uske baad bhi hoga. Yehi Satya hai. Janam se Mrityu tak humaare shareer me aneik badlaaw hotey hain. Vichaar badalte hai, Kaal badalta hai. Parantu kuch aisa bhi hai jo kabhi nahi badalta. Weh hai Satya. Isliye us satya ko jaan ne ke liye us chetanya brahm ko anubhaw karna zaruri hai aur jo us brahm ko anubhaw kar pata hai wahi us param-anand ko pa sakta hai.

MORAL - This happiness or bliss is not in words stated above rather it is in your own search. Search for Bliss. If I point my finger toward this post, don't just look at my finger, move forward, apply this to self, then only you will be able to see that BLISS.
(FYI - This applies to me as well :-P )

PARAM-ANAND AATMA ya SACHIDANAND - Woh aatma jo mere bhitar hai, aapke bhitar hai, jiske hone se hum sab saansei le rahe hain. Wahi SACHIDANAND aatma hai. Yehi SATYA hai, kyunki yeh kabhi nahi badalta, yeh CHITT hai. Yehi humari buddhi ko chetna pradan karta hai. AATMA ka janam nahi hota isliye woh ANAADI hai. Is SATYA ka koi ant nahi hai, isliye woh ANANT hai. Yeh aatma PARAM-ANAND swaroop hai. Uska anand NITYA hai, AVINAASHI hai. Jaise kamal ka rang, uska aakaar, uski sugandh, kamal ke gunn hai. Par Satya Chitt Anand aatma ke gunn nahi aatma ke swaroop hai. Yehi anand sansaar ke saare sukhon se shrestha hai. Yeh Shareer, Mann, Buddhi - Inke sukh to kshaneek hai, jo nirantar badalte rehte hain, par SACHID-ANAND ya PARAM-ANAND aparivartaniya hai

Taittiriya Upanishad says: 'Raso vai sah. Rasam hyevayam labdhvanandi bhavati'
 –

'He the Highest Self is Bliss in itself. The individual soul becomes blissful after attaining that Bliss'

Two Realities of Life
There are two realities of life, the outer and the inner. In our day-to-day outer activities the experience of bliss can be hidden, just like the fluid property of water is hidden when it is ice. Our mind and senses are so accustomed to experiencing only outer objects and situations that the inner experience of latent, transcendental bliss is easily missed.
Most people experience happiness as a result of an outside pleasurable situation—the birth of a child, being with friends, walking in nature, enjoying a party, or if you are my brother, having a good game of golf. Actually, according to him golf might fall into thebliss category.
When the mind can begin to experience finer regions of thought through techniques like Transcendental Meditation, and eventually transcends even the finest level of thought, it will experience the state of pure bliss—its own essential nature. Gaining familiarity with our own inner bliss through regular experience of the Self allows us to then recognize the same bliss in our activity and all outer values of life, because the world is as we are. Very naturally and effortlessly we develop a state of Being that does not depend on anything from the outside for joy and at the same time infuses all aspects of our lives with greater happiness and a more profound sense of well-being, ultimately leading to enlightenment.

Why Suffer?

Many people feel suffering is a natural part of life. If you are not anchored to the silent, transcendental of your Being,  you can easily be tossed about by the constant changing circumstances of life. The path of bliss is straight, easy, effortless, and open to everyone because it is the essential nature of everyone. Why suffer or settle for only temporary happiness where we can enjoy our own essential nature—a state of pure bliss?

Indriyon se Mukti (Freedom from the senses)

Indriyon ko samajhne se pehle yeh jaan lena zaruri hai ki yeh aatma kya hai aur a-naatma kya hai.

Shareer, Indriyaan, Praan, Mann aur Ahankaar aadi aur unke sabhi tarah ke parivartan idriya vishya aur unke sab sukh dukh aadi, sab avyakat paryant, us sansaar ko A-NAATMA kehte hain.

Ek sawaal - Kya Indriyon ka sukh hi sabse bada sukh hota hai? Jinhone kabhi sukh ka, anand ka sakshaatkaar nahi kiya hai, weh aisa hi sochte hai

In the Sutta Pitaka, six sensory faculties are referenced in a manner similar to the six sense bases. These faculties consist of the five senses with the addition of "mind" or "thought" (manas).
  1. vision (cakkh-indriya)
  2. hearing (sot-indriya)
  3. smghān-indriya)
  4. taste (jivh-ell (indriya)
  5. touch (kāy-indriya)
  6. thought (man-indriya)
The first five of these faculties are sometimes referenced as the five material faculties (e.g., pañcannaṃ indriyānaṃ avakanti).[16]

Vivekachudamni 76. The deer, the elephant, the moth, the fish and the honey-bee---these five meet death because of their bondage to one of the five senses. What then is the condition of a person who is attached to all five?

A deer meets with death when, unmindful of the danger lurking behind, it stands transfixed listening to sweet music. A mighty elephant wandering at will in the forest gets caught when tempted with the touch of a female elephant. A moth is attracted to a bright flame and rushes into it to burn and perish. A fish succumbs to taste by swallowing a piece of flesh used as bait on a hook. Attracted by the fragrance, a bee enters a lotus and gets trapped in it when the flower closes its petals at sunset. How then to describe the plight of man who, enslaved by all the five senses, loses the power to discriminate and is unable to strive for the spiritual goal.

Equally important are the ideas we absorb through the mind. None can carelessly continue to gather mental dirt and yet hope to discipline and focus the mind. “A disciplined mind acts as our friend, and an undisciplined mind acts as our enemy,” teaches the Bhagavad Gita (6.6). But how do we discipline the mind? Filling the mind with noble thoughts and continually dwelling on them disciplines and strengthens the mind. A devotee of God finds that sincere and steadfast repetition of the divine name restrains the mind and the senses without much effort.

Hum sabhi ko ek shareer milta hai jisme paancho indriyaan samaan hoti hai aur jiske dwara hum is sthool sansaar ko anubhaw karte hain. Pashu Pakshiyon ke paas bhi yehi shareer, yehi indriyaan hoti hain, kintu manushya ke paas ek vishesh tarah ka vivek hota hai, jiske dwara weh uchit anuchit satya asatya dharam adharam ka bhed karta hai. Vivek dwara hi manushya apni indriyon ko niyantrit  aniyantrit karta hai, taaki uske uddeshya me koi vyawadhaan utpann na ho aur jo manushya vivekheen aur indriyon ke daas hotey hain, weh pashu pakshiyon ke samaan hotey hain. Weh sansaar ke saath saath apna naash bhi karte hain, weh hi dharam ka naash bhi karte hain

Ek aur sawaal - Hum apni indriyon ke daas ho kaise jaatey hain?
Iska matlab yadi humara Antah-karan shuddh hai to hmaare karam bhi shuddh honge aur ache honge. Yadi humara Antah-karan hi shuddh nahi to humare karam bhi ache nahi.

Sach jaan ne ki abhilaasha rakhne waloon ke liye to poora vishwa hi guru hai!!

Jeewan ki paathshaala me jisse bhi jo seekho wahi tumhara guru hota hai. Jo bhi agyaan ka andhkaar door kar de, weh guru hota hai. Aatm-Gyaan dene wala Sadguru ek hota hai, par guru aneik ho sakte hain. Jaisey avadhoot Datta-treya ke 24 guru. Is shrinkhla mein mai mere un sabhi guru ko warnan karna chaahunga jinse maine mere ab tak ke jeewankaal me kuch bhi seekha aur un guru-on ka jo ki dattatrey ke they-

Ab dhaan koot tey samay, us kanya ke haath me padi chudiya bajne lagi. Shreya aiwam Preya - Jeewan ke do Maarg

Jeevan ke do maarg hai. Shreya aur Preya

Aadhyatam se juda maarg Shreya hai aur bhog se juda maarg Preya. Buddhiman shreya ke maarg ko chunta hai. Nirbuddh apne liye preya ka maarg swikaar karta hai. Bhog ka maarg avidya ka, Agyaan ka maarg hai. Preya ka maarg chun ne wala sukh ko hi satya maan baith ta hai. Shreya ke maarg ko chun ne wala aatma ko hi sach maanta hai.

Is shareer ko tum rath aur is aatma ko tum rathi jaano. Buddhi ko saarthi aur mann ko lagaam jaano. Indriyaa rath ke ghodey hain. Aur vishaya charagaah. Jo chanchal mann ka hai. Jisne mann ki lagaam nahi kheench rakhi. Indriyaa uske vash me nahi rehti. Theek waise hi jaise dusht ghodey saarthi ke. Jo nischal mann ka hai, jisne mann ka lagaam kheench rakhi hai. Indriyaa uske vash me rehti hain. Jaise uttam ghodey saarthi ke. Vivek jiska saarthi hai. Jisne mann roopi lagaam kheench rakhi hai. Wahi manushya apne gantavya tak pahunchta hai.

Indriyo se indriyon ke vishaya shrestha hain. Vishaya se mann. Mann se buddhi aur buddhi se aatma shrestha hai. Jo is aatma ko jaan leta hai. Wah mrityu se pare chala jata hai.

Karma and Rebirth (Karm aiwam Punar Janam)

Harsh aur Vishaad - Yeh humari buddhi ka feir hai. Mann ko acha laga to harsh, Mann ko bura laga to vishaad, par sach to yeh hai ki hmaare liye koi bhi cheez na harsh ka karan hai aur naa hi vishaad ka.

Kai baar zindagi me hum aise mod par aa jate hai jahan sirf yaadein reh jaati hai. Aise mauke pe sirf udaasinta rehti hai ya vishaad. Kisi ko khone ka vishaad, kuch na kar paane ka vishaad, kisi ke guzar jane ka vishaad, kuch mil na paane ka vishaad. Sach to yeh hai ki naa to kuch hmaare harsh ka karan hai aur naa hi vishaad ka.

Aaakhir kya sambandh hai humara un sab cheejo se jo humei pyaari lagti hai - jaise maa baap, biwi, bhai, bachchey, naukri, aisho aaram. Jisey hum APNA kehte hai, is sansaar me aane se pehle wo humara kya tha, ya humse pehle wo kiska tha. Is sansaar me humara ussey kya sambandh hai aur uske jaane ke baad humara ussey kya sambandh hoga. Jaisey samundra me beh rahe lakdi ke kundey kuch deir ke liye ek dusrey se miltey hain, aur fir alag ho jaatey hain. Theek waise hi saarey rishtey kuch kshann ke hotey hain, isliye kisi ke jaane ka shok mat karo.

kayi cheeizei aisi hoti hai jo humei bohat pyaari hoti hai aur bhagwaan se hum unhe maangtey hai ki hey bhagwan humey naukri de do, us ladki se humari shaadi karwa do, badi gaadi dedo, acha jeewan de do.. wo sab chezei hum maangtey hai aur fir humey swayam anubhaw hota hai ki jisey paaney me humei sukh ka anubhaw ho raha tha, usey khone par humey dukh ka anubhaw hota hai.

Sach toh yeh hai ki Istridharam, Aishwarya, Sampatti, Rajya, Vaibhaw, Prithvi, Saina, Kosh, Sewak, Mantri, Sagey, Sambandhi, Mitra aadi sabhi anitya hai. Ek din sabhi nasht ho jaane wale hain. Jo anitya hai uska shok mat karo kabhi.Isliye vishaad karne ke jagah apne mann ka shaant karo, swasth karo aur isi mann ke dwara apne waastvik swaroop par vichaar karo aur dwetya bhram ko chodkar swayam ko shaanti swaroop param aatma me stith karo

Kisi ke jaane ya kisi ko khone ke baad hum wyarth hi vishaad wyakt karte hai. Shok me wyakul rehte hai us insaan ya us cheez ke liye jo humei chod ke chali gayi. uske fir se wapas laut aane ki kaamna kartey hai.

Raja Chitraketu ke putra ke marr jane ke baad dewarshi narad ne uske mrit putra ki jeev aatma ka aawaahan kiya. Us jeev aatma se jab poocha gya ki tumhare mata pita tumhare chalei jane ke baad vishaad wyakt kar rhe hai, shok me wyakul hai, tab us jeev aatma ne kaha - Dewarshi mai apne karmo ke anusaar kayi janamo se dewata, manushya, pashu pakshi, ped paudho aur na jaaney kitni yonio me bhatak raha hun. Yeh dono kis janam se mere mata pita huye, mujhe pta nahi. Waise mere hazaro mata pita hai, to kewal in dono ko hi mai apne mata pita kaise maan lun aur sachchai yeh hai ki mere koi mata pita nahi. Bhinn Bhinn janamo me sabhi ek dusrey ke rishtey naatey, bhai bandhu, mitra kshatru, udaasin, madyasth aur dweshi hote rehte hain. Sona chaandi aadi, khareedne bechne layak wastuyein bhi ek vyapaari se dusrey vyapaari ke paas aati jaati rehti hain, waise hi jeev bhinn binn yonio mein alag alag shareer badaltey rehta hai. Jeev nitya aur wastaw me ahankaar rahit hai, weh garabh me prawesh kar jab tak jis shareer me rehta hai, tab tak i weh us shareer ko apna samajhta hai. Aur jo jeev nitya awinaashi aur swayam prakaashmaan hai, uske liye janm aur mrityu kuch nahi hota. Iska naa koi priya hai aur naa koi apriya. Naa apna naa praya. Isliye dewarishi mai is shareer me wapas nahi aa sakta. Mujhe ab nayi yoni me janm lekar hi sansaar me aana hoga.

Moral - Wasnaayein hi PunarJanam ka karan hai. Humara prateyak karam aur Ichha, hmaare mann ya buddhi par apne chaap ya sanskaar chod jaatey hain. Mann par padey yeh sanskaar hi wasnaayein kehlaati hain. Wasnaayein hi humare vichaar aur usse utpann humare karmo ka prerak bal hai.Wasnaayein hi punarjanam ka mool hai. Wasnaayein humein Karm karne ke liye prerit krti hai. Aur jab un wasnaayon ka kshann nahi hota, to wo humare karan shareer me avitt roop mein bachi rehti hai, jiske karan ek poora janm smaapt hone ke baad bhi un bachi huyi wasnaayon ke karan jeev ko fir se janm lena padta hai taaki wo apni wasnaayon ko khatam kar sake. YAANI JAB TAK WASNAAYEIN HAIN, TAB TAK JANAM HAI, Is maarg se bachne ka ya rokne ke liye prati shann mann me ho rahi aniyantrit kriyaaon ka niyantran yaani dharm palan aur neeti purn vichaaro ka manan.Pathan pathaan mann buddhi ko shuddh kartey hain. Jab tak wasnaayein hai tab tak ichchayein hain. Jab tak ichchayein hain, tab tak punar janam hai. Karm ke is siddhant ko samajh jo kriya aur pritikriya ke pare chala jata hai, weh janm aur maran ke bandhan se mukt ho jata hai. Humare bhootkaal ke karm hi hmaare aaj ki rachna krtey hain aur hmaare aaj ke karam hmaare aaney waale kal ka bhawishya bnaate hain. HUMARA AAJ HUMARE KAL KE BEETEY HUYE KAL KA PARINAAM HAI. Aur hmaara aane wala kal humare aaj ka.Isi ko karam siddant kehte hai. Isliye hmaara bhagya hmaare hi haathon me hai. Jeewan me jo uncha neecha hum dekhte hai wahi bhagya ya prarabdh hai. Hum us prarbdh ka kis tariqey se saamna kartey hai wo hai humara purushaarth, so prayatan hi purushaarth hai.

Previously I wanted to conquer the world, Now I want to conquer myself

Us shareer ka ek vishaal bhawan tha, is shareer ka sara sansaar hai
Pehle wo shareer sabko alag alag dekhta tha, ab yeh shareer swayam ko sab me dekhta hai

WO DUNIYA JEETNA CHAHTA THA, AB MAI KHUD KO JEETNA CHAHTA HUN

muktir hitvānyathā rūpaṁ

sva-rūpeṇa vyavasthitiḥ

Moksha param purushaarth hai, wo tumhara adhikaar hai
Dukho se mukti tumhara adhikaar hai,
Bandhano se mukti tumhara adhikaar hai
Moh se mukti tumhara adhikaar hai

Dharam, Arth aur Kaam ke baad Moksha tumhara Adhikaar hai. Isi jeewan ka param purushaarth Moksha hai. Isliye jo hum dikhiye padte hai wo hum hai nahi. Apne asli Swaroop ko pehchaan na hi Moksha hai. Toh hum kya hai fir? Hum Amrit hai..jo jaan leta hai ki woh yeh shareer nahi hai. wo janam aur maran ke bandhan se mukt ho jata hai

Tum anaadi ho, avinaashi ho, isliye tum aisi rachna karna chahte ho, jo kabhi nasht na ho
Tum aseemit ho, anant ho, isliye tum aakash ko choona chahte ho, parvaton ko laanghna chahte ho
Tum dosh rahit rachna karna chahte ho kyunki tum nirdosh ho
Jab tak tum yeh shareer ho, seemit ho
Jaise hi tum apne waastvik swarop ko jaan ne lagte ho, tum nirakar, nirvikaar, anaadi, anant aur amrit jo jate ho, isliye apne chitt aur indriyon ke swaami bano, unke gulaam nahi
Indriyon ki gulaami se mukti - Yehi Moksha hai
Sukh mat maango - Sukh ke swaami bano - Yehi Moksha hai
Jo swayam satya chitt anand hai, wo bahar sukh dhund rha hai

Moral - We should release ourselves from our fears, ego, our desires, mind senses which wants us to something wrong, release ourselves from desiring comfort, blindness. But is this MOKSHA?
