The emptiness I had in me for so long 
You filled it with sunshine n made it a song 
In this life you are my dream come true 
My soul is yours and heart beats 4 you

No I don’t think dimples are cute, they may add to smile

UNTITLED

My first ever creation in Urdu..though i don't know much of it..had to take help of Google in understanding the meaning of words..but after writing I realized that its such a beautiful language to express your emotions, to bring out on paper what's on your heart. But I hope you enjoy reading it..It depicts my story of past one year and tells why 2nd August is an important day for me..The experience I had in my personal life in last one year can be known from these verses..again I would not call it a poem..cos simply i don't like calling them..I didn't gave it a title cos I myself don't know what it means to me..whether it is small amount of happiness which i had, or frustration, or quarrels, or separation, or distance or love which I experienced...

The woods are lovely, dark and deep, but I have promises to keep, and miles to go before I sleep

Whose woods these are I think I know

I read the post title as g-talk status on one of senior's account but today when it came to fulfill my promises, this poem came across me. I also do have some promises to keep and hope I fulfill them before I sleep.

Robert Frost’s poem Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening was first published on March 7th, this day in 1923. The story goes that Frost wrote this poem in a few minutes, after being up all night writing another. He took a sunrise walk, and got an idea. 

Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

Kina Dil tainu chahve

This one I wrote now almost an year ago when I was working at client site in Punjab. Got some time today to pastofy all these on my blog. A Punjabi poem with meaning of some words. 

Kina dil tainu chahve

Din raat rehnda tera hi khyaal ni,

Udeek udeek langh gya dheRRh saal ni,

Geet gazal hun sabh vich tu..

ho gya pyaar sachi tere naal ni..

Dil wali gal hai tainu vi pta..

dass ta sahi ,ki tera vi eho haal ni?

kina dil tainu chahve, kinj tainu samjhava,

mera makka te madina,tere pind dian raahwa

Pari,chan mehtab tenu naam denva ki,

teri mukke na tareef kinne geet likhi janwa,

kina dil tainu chahve..

Tere bin yara hun jeona bda aukha,

tainu dekh dekh chaldian seene vich saanhwa.

Tainu mnauna jinve rabb nu mnauna,

fer dass kyu main ainve tasbi feri janwa?

Khawab vich auna sir lai fulkari,
